That's a good question, and one to which I don't have the answer. I don't know of anyone who does. Obviously, something is happening in the brain that causes the orgasm. It greatly underscores the often-heard assertion that the brain is the most important sex organ. Wouldn't it be something if we could consciously activate that orgasm trigger? What you describe is ejaculatory anhedonia, ejaculating without orgasm. Most males will probably have that happen to them at least once, and all agree it isn't any fun. It is unusual for that to happen every time for 3 months. I suggest seeing a doctor to rule out a physical problem. In the meantime, don't anticipate that you will not have an orgasm. That can make it harder to have one.

Porn isn't real. It's a production. Those guys might not even be masturbating for real. It is certainly not a good indicator of how real men masturbate. It is better if you don't stroke like a jackhammer, but there is no requirement that you have to stroke very slowly. The majority of males tense their legs to enhance the experience and prevent leg cramps. If you have been over TMS for 12 years, I doubt you are still feeling the effects of it. If you want to practice taking your time, it might be easier if you haven't ejaculated for a few days. Try to use as little force as necessary.
